The Ezijobz Manager series, launched in 2001, is the first set of business applications developed for individuals and small companies who prefer simple cash accounting rather than the complexities of a general ledger-based system. The Ezijobz Manager series: Quote Manager, Job Manager, Service Manager, and Business Manager provide different sets of features for tradespeople, contractors, service management companies, and construction firms.

The company’s next product, Ezijobz SME, was released in 2003 and is an enterprise solution based on the same technology platform and code base of the Manager series, including the open-source Firebird SQL database. Ezijobz SME was co-developed with DBA Software, Inc. and acquired integrated financials as well as a complete set of manufacturing features and applications, including bills of material, MRP, cost rollups, a product configurator, and more.

Ezijobz SME has evolved into a powerful and robust manufacturing solution, and as such the product was co-branded in 2004 as DBA Manufacturing Next-Generation to differentiate it from the Ezijobz Manager series and to give it a more fitting identity for its target market – manufactures and job shops.

Today, Ezijobz Software’s products are sold and supported via offices and affiliates in the United States, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.
